For their application, review the current California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices ( California MUTCD). Traffic control systems conform to the Standard Plans, unless the contract specifies otherwise.Īll traffic control devices should conform to Section 12, “Temporary Traffic Control,” of the Standard Specifications.
